Sivak - medical equipment and accessories

Since its foundation in 1990, the company SIVAK has been active in providing services to physically disabled people. SIVAK operates in trade and services for medical equipment and accessories. It is an exclusive dealer for the US company INVACARE for the Czech and Slovak Republic. The sales and servicing of INVACARE's products represent a major part of the company's range of products and services.

SIVAK has established and continues to expand a network of SIVAK consulting, presentation and servicing centres throughout the Czech Republic. These centres provide for complete services in the given region.

The advantage of INVACARE products delivered by SIVAK is not only their high quality, advanced technical level and new technologies applied. They feature also modern design, easy operation, wide range of accessories and, last but not least, affordable price.

Most of the products for physically disabled people are fully or at least partly paid by all health insurance companies, with whom we closely cooperate. SIVAK belongs among the top suppliers of medical equipment and accessories in the Czech Republic, being an important partner to a number of medical, business and social organisations. Our services are presently used by indeed a large part of our disabled fellow citizens.



SIVAK has become an inherent participant in all major exhibitions and international trade fairs in the Czech Republic. The products presented always attract a great attention of the visitors and are very well regarded and assessed.

SIVAK cooperates with a number of social organisations of disabled people and strives also to enrich the leisure time of people on wheelchairs with enjoyable activities. It supports various contests and sport events, every year it stages the SIVAK Arena as a part of the Festival of Records and Curiosities in Pelhřimov, where people on wheelchairs from the Czech Republic come to enjoy themselves and compete for a record in the Guiness Book. The company also organises small exhibitions for disabled people and wheelchair clubs, publishes an own newspaper — the occasional magazine Perspektiva, as well as catalogues with new products in the field of medical equipment and accessories.

We strive to continuously enhance our services for people with physical and health disability and to bring these services closer to those in need. We provide consulting services not only at our centres, but also through various specialist organisations, and when necessary, we visit clients at their homes.
